Raw Headers

How it works

1

Paste raw headers

Paste HTTP headers copied from browser DevTools, curl output, or server logs.

2

Parse

Click Parse or press Ctrl+Enter. Each header line is split into name and value.

3

Inspect headers

Headers are displayed in a clean table with the status line shown separately.

4

Copy any value

Click any row to copy the header value to clipboard.

Common use cases

Debugging API responses

Copy response headers from browser DevTools or curl and parse them to inspect CORS, caching, auth, and content-type values.

CORS debugging

Check Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Access-Control-Allow-Methods, and Vary headers from a problematic CORS preflight response.

Cache control analysis

Parse Cache-Control and Vary headers to understand how CDNs and browsers will cache a response.

Security header audit

Check whether responses include security headers: Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, Strict-Transport-Security.

Frequently asked questions

What format should I paste headers in?

Standard HTTP header format: one header per line as "Name: Value". Include the status line (HTTP/1.1 200 OK) if you have it — it will be displayed separately.

Where can I copy headers from?

Browser DevTools → Network tab → click a request → Headers tab → copy the response headers. Or from curl output with -I or -v flags.

Can I parse request headers too?

Yes — request headers use the same format. Paste them and the parser handles both request and response headers.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The parser runs entirely in your browser. Header values (which may contain auth tokens) never leave your tab.
