Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Signature Generator

Draw Your Signature
Click and drag your mouse across the canvas to draw. On a touchscreen, simply draw with your finger or stylus. Take your time — you can undo mistakes. For a natural look, try writing in cursive at a comfortable pace rather than trying to be perfectly neat.
Choose an Ink Color
The default color is black, which is appropriate for most formal documents. You can also choose navy blue (a classic choice for contracts), or any custom color using the color picker. For email signatures, you might want a brand color.
Adjust Stroke Width
Use the Size slider to control how thick or thin your strokes appear. A value of 2–4 produces a realistic pen-like weight. Go higher for a marker-style signature, lower for a fine fountain pen effect.
Use Undo and Clear
Made a mistake on one stroke? Click Undo to remove just that stroke, leaving the rest of your signature intact. If you want to start from scratch, click Clear to wipe the canvas completely.

Tips for a Professional-Looking Signature
- Use a mouse at medium speed. Drawing too fast makes the line jagged; drawing too slowly can create over-precise, unnatural curves.

- Start simple. Your initials in cursive often look more professional than a complex full-name signature in a small space.
